    Steve has been working in the insurance industry for over 40 years. He took interest in working with business owners early in his career and discovered he had a knack for helping them find the right solutions to their pain points. Steve jumped at the opportunity to help in any way he could, whether that was building quality employee benefits programs or protecting the personal success they built over their careers. He continues this important work today by offering sound and reliable advice to everyone he connects with. Everyone who knows Steve agrees he is committed to putting others’ needs first. His wealth of knowledge about insurance and benefits is key to Knudson Benefits Group’s success.

    Steve enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Christine, his 4 children and their spouses, and his 17 grandkids!

    Jon joined Knudson Benefits Group in 2004 and started working in employee benefits in 2006 with the intention of growing that side of the business. Since day one, his No. 1 focus has been providing unbeatable service. He always puts the needs and interests of the client first. He is equally passionate about helping business owners and HR executives find the right plans for their companies and helping employees get the most out of their coverage. He has experience in fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded health plans and is committed to bringing unbiased, independent, creative solutions to any business to help recruit and retain top talent.

    Out of the office, Jon’s true passion is spending time with his wife Katie and seven wonderful children.

    Emily joined Knudson Benefits Group in 2018. She was first introduced to the finance and insurance industries when she worked for Merrill Lynch for five years. Though her background is in design, she has found that her organization skills and detail oriented nature are a great match for the insurance industry. Emily oversees and manages all enrollment, compliance, and customer service needs for our clients. She is especially good at understanding and managing online systems. With her help, we are becoming a 100% paperless company.

    Emily enjoys family game nights with her husband Trevor and their 3 children. She’s learning to garden and enjoys crafting
